The eyes are a bit too wide apart. And human eyes are a bit wider than they are high, not vice versa.
And the nose is a little too small.

the face is such a stand out but i think the background such as the faded parts on each side sort of create that effect even more. Very pretty and cute, the only minor thing is the hand looks skinny *hides in a corner*
