Finally got it to stay rendering on the GPU super quiet now.Used some textures from Poligon for the side walls but the rest are procedural. It is animated but haven't got it quite looping completely.
The big ring is made from a metal and then an emission material controlled by a noise texture and colour ramp.
The second ring is gold with metallic turned up and roughness all the way down.
