Not exactly a full tutorial but this is pretty much the gist of it. Only leave the important lines or the ones that suggest shape depending on how much you want to simplify it.This really depends on how realistic you want to draw. I recommend learning anatomy then simplifying just so you know how all the muscles, joints work etc. This will give you a better understanding of making poses and anatomy look more convincing.

All of your "tutorials" or charts are really helpful, it's something I really need since I tend to keep doing the same positions, or faces, mouths etc. because I don't know the basics. I'm going to use these and practice!

this is really nice. it shows how skilled you are, not only in high detail but in small detail, because you know how to simplify it and put just the right detail in just the right places.
and i'm really happy you put a fat body type too!!! ; v ; it seems a little 'elongated', but it's still wayyyy better than i could do X'D

finally someone done a simplify male anatomy. I have been searching one for ages. but all i can see is always female,female,female... in most of every example books its always only female body... =_='' anwy thank you so much moni158 for sharing this !!
