Description
This is me as sailor venus and my cat Bolinho [link] as Artemis.
No, I don’t want to grow up. I just refuse to.
Sailor Moon was a big mark in my childhood/teenage, and today I still watch the anime whenever I can.
Hope you like it, even if you’re not a SM fan.

i LOVE sailor moon. i still watch it occasionally... i have a few episodes on video too.... this is amazing. i love how the whole thing looks life-like. instead of like a cartoon. wonderful

i don't think it's a reflection of fan artists at all. in fact i think most fanartists on DA could learn a thing or two from this image.
if anything i think it represents what true fanart is. really is.
it's lovely. the warm coloring and the snazzy sofa and the smooth pearlescent shading really are captivating. in a way the whole thing is a little classical, too, which i like.

Now you you're making me remember the good ol' days when I would rush home from school to watch Sailor Moon (and other various shows back on Toonami in 2001).

Ahahah I was the same...my school finished at 3 p.m. and the SM show started at 3:10, so I always ran like mad to make it in time.

How could I not? It's awesome all around.
My school ended around 3:15-ish p.m. , but Toonami (Sailor Moon being the first of the line up) actually started at 4:00 p.m. The only thing was that I took the bus, and it takes about a half an hour until my bus stop. So I was always anxious to come home.

sailor moon will always and forever be on of my favorite anime. and sailor venus was always my favorite sailor scout.
