My life shrouded in darknessMy sorrow wrapped tightly around me
Your light broke through the darkness
Grabbed my sorrows and threw them away
Your words are music to my ears
Engaging my feet in a dance
My body sways to your whispering
A smile adorns my face
The world melts away
Leaving nothing but you
Although you may be far away
You'll forever be in my heart
And the stars shine brightly in knowing
That we both turn our eyes to the sky
They will shine brighter still
When our two souls unite
And kindle a roaring fire that will never burn out
