Description
A conceptual design for oshawoth 's Pokedude School of the Principal of the institution, Arceus.
He's obviously the head of the school, whenever a student or professor has issues (or their undies over their heads) they usually go see him in search of punishement for the bullies.
He is an elegant and rich man, and blows loads of money buying pricey underwear. He likes to leave his pants umbuckled so they sag just enough for the waistband of his expensive underoos shows. In his head this shows his status as superior, but in reality this just makes him a desireable target for students and teachers alike~
