Update the file to be compatible with Dec 1st Update

1/Improve boot rigging further

Update July 19th:
1/New outfit model (From Resident Evil Re:Verse)
2/Fix eyebrow issue of hair mod
Hair and outfit is bundled and can be used separately

Updated June 12th:
Re-edit leg proportional and reduce collar clipping of the mod

This mod will replace hair for both costume slot
Hair mod won't be uploaded separately because costume editing is required to remove hair knot of both costumes
