Description
Pepper is a short, shy girl who is self conscious of her height. Because of this fact, she especially enjoys having someone smaller than her to play with for once. Her timid nature means that she will back down if the tinies pose any real threat to her (not that they often will). Otherwise, she is one of the most brutal tormenters of tinies.

Pepper is Amy's friend. She studies english at the same college and they have shared a few classes.

Pepper's fantasy counterpart is a fairy. She stands at 1/10th the height of a human.

She is well versed in shrinking magic, even for a fairy, able to shrink things to at least 1/1000th of their normal size. (Most fairies can only manage roughly 1/100th)

Unlike other fairies, she cannot use growth magic or otherwise change her own height. This means she is especially vulnerable to people who are resistant to magic or capable of counteracting her magic, as she found out when she was captured by Amethyst.
