Grue/Brian from J. C. McCrae's web serial Worm. parahumans.wordpress.com/Grue. Creates clouds of darkness that block most everything on the electromagnetic spectrum for everything but him. You can't see or hear once inside, but he can.
This came out WAY too generic but uploading anyway. Very little time spent on this one unfortunately.
