an alien symbiote latches onto a random guy with basic preferencesbeing a generally nice blob it figures that it should help the binary creature attract mates
problem with that is, while understanding that humans have 2 genders the symbiote's only reference for an attractive human is the guy's own preferences
so thinking it just landed on a REALLY ugly one it remolded his body into something humans would find attractive
