Personally i charge by difficulty, never really by whats being done in the peice.
Whether a complex deign character or how hard it will be for me (Like say a really acrobatic pose with like a full background standing on like a carton of milk thats balanced on a seals nose)

Was thinking ruby be a girl, Theme probably something spooky and cute (Like a skelamal cute) but decieving. Was thinking about Ruby being the "Chara" of the two so to speak looking deceptively sweet with a halloween/cute flair to them but them actually being demented and murderous underneath it all. Perhaps a pastel hair color and dark eyes with fair skin to make them less unnatural, maybe even one eye being dark and the other being abnormally light.
Cerulean was going to be the "Frisk" and the pure pacifist of them, a boy but unsure on theme but i do know dark hair and light eyes would be nice, something more natural. I sortve like the sweater thing but in terms of a theme i cant really think of anything, especially design wise so go crazy then i suppose o3o/
