These look great, and my boyfriend could as well marry cinnamon, he loves it so much. I'm sure he'll like it, I'll try those next week! <3
Just to make sure - tbsp is tablespoon, the big one, and tsp is teaspoon, the small one, right?
Also, how much is a "cup"? My dictionary says it's about 8 ounces, but another one says 10 ounces. I can work with ounces, and see how much it would be in grams, but I'd have to know how much a cup is. Could you help me with that?

yes the tbsp is a tablespoon which is the big one.
1 cup is 8 ounces or 250 grams.
Someone who had made this recipe. said the Dough was coming out very sticky. So when your done adding everything but before rolling it out. and It is very Sticky, Add 1 tbsp and knead the Dough, then repeat if it still remains sticky.
Kneading(if you don't know what that is) is pressed and stretched with the heel of the hand, folded over, and rotated through 90ΒΊ repeatedly.

Oooh, 250 grams, that's helpful :3 Thank you!
And yes, I know what kneading is - everything that can be find in the dictionary is not a problem
"add 1 tbsp"- I guess you mean 1 tbsp of flour, right? I think I'll manage to make the dough right, now that I have the right measurements, I have some expierience with dough that doesn't want to cooperate
I'll let you know how it went <3 Also, would you mind if I made a tutorial for my account of those? Of course I would credit you and link back to your page (:

Hello~ I've tried your recipe twice and I love it! I am having a bit of trouble though. My dough is too sticky to spread margarine on so the cinnamon doesn't really stick on well.. Do you have any tips for this step?

Awesome. I am glad that you like the recipe.
The way to solve the sticky problem is that before you roll out the dough, add another 1/4 cup or less flour. stir or knead the dough.
Feel the dough and if it still feels a bit sticky add a bit more flour. Now you should be able to roll out the dough without a problem. A easy way to do it is also, to before placing your dough on the counter, sprinkle the counter with flour and then rub flour onto your rolling pin. I Hope that helps

Oh ok! I did add a bit of extra flour but I guess not enough. I'm just worried that it'll go too hard after baking cos of the extra flour...
Thanks for your help!

It shouldn't get to hard. Another way to do it is instead of adding extra flour. Just add less milk. it says 3/4 cup of milk. So when it comes to adding milk. first add 1/2 cup and stir it up and see if its sticky or dry and crumbly. If its dry and crumbly, add 1 tbsp of milk, stir and check it out. Repeat with 1 tbsp at a time til its just right. Does that help.
