Mel's Mask form in her four main outfits - the first one is the wrestler, the second is the 'mother', the third is the seductress or the 'I can be anything you want me to, baby' one and the fourth one is the main one. The fourth one is supposed to be a LOT shapelier and bustier too. In masked form, Mel is wacky, energetic and cartoony as opposed to her shy and naive normal self and is full of jokes and one-liners and she is also a bit of a flirt when in this form too. And also it is implied that in some cases she doesn't need to wear the mask to become her.

The mask itself was given to her in a piece of fan-mail that one of her fans sent her prior to the events of the evil Lithius incident.
