Omega Viruses: A type of DNA altering technological virus that can affect the person even when they're not using technology, specifically it is a computer/app one as opposed to a biological one and most of the transformations are into humanoid characters or into actors/musicians and the like and there are elements of possession involved. These basically work in a similar way to how the Borg assimilate people in the Star Trek universe.
