Description TftW: Clowning Around

Pennywise TF.

--------------------

Jack was always a bit of a practical joker, he loved scaring people and he loved giving people something to think about,  he always thought about this a lot. He lived in Derry, Maine with his brother Stephen and his sister Annie.  Jack would stay up constantly reading horror novels especially by one Stephen King, one day he heard legends of the clown known as Pennywise,  he knew Pennywise was real but his friends didn’t, one late evening he read a news report about someone  who had been dragged into the sewer system by what appeared to be some kind of monster.

“Do you think that it was Pennywise? I do.”

“I don’t know, but i’d be too afraid to ask.”

He decided to investigate that one evening as he headed down to where the attack had happened, he was hoping to try and find evidence of the creature's existence.   He had informed his sister he was going there and had her number on speed dial just in case something bad was to happen to him.

As he investigated he came across what appeared to be a paper boat…he looked at the boat for a minute before seeing what appeared to be a spider-like creature creeping around in the darkness, he attempted to squash the spider but the spider scurried away.

Just then a monstrous hand emerged from the sewer crate and pulled him down into the sewers,  he screamed loudly as he was pulled into the sewers.  A few seconds later, he was there..in the sewers, and all by himself,  he saw various things that had been flushed down there including what appeared to be a photo album.

That is when he heard a voice…’Help me Jack, help me.’  Jack listened to the voice and he searched all over to find where the voice was coming from,  the voice sounded like one of his friends.

When he went over to find the source of the voice, he saw what appeared to be his best friend Daniel, Daniel begged for his friend to help him and Jack reached over to help him, only for Daniel to convulse and contort…shapeshifting into the clown known as Pennywise. ‘Gotcha!’

“Pennywise, you’re real.”

“Of course I am, fear is real and therefore I myself am also real.”

He gulped, feeling afraid as he walked over to the clown, of course Pennywise could sense he was afraid. ‘What did you do to my friend?’ ‘He is with me, and he is feeling fine. In fact he is floating down here, and you know how that goes.’  Pennywise brought Jack closer,  Jack attempted to make a run for it but he slipped and hurt himself…that’s when the clown took advantage of the situation and took on a translucent form and entered his body through his mouth, possessing him in the process.

Jack’s skin slowly began to become quite pale and he looked at his hands as they began to deform, his fingernails lengthened to look like sharp claws while his clothing shifted into an outfit resembling Pennywise’s own.  In addition to this he boosted up several sizes in height as his body stretched.

His neck lengthened as his hair turned from brown to bright red as two red stripes of makeup materialized around his eyes and also down to his lips, his two front teeth lengthening a bit while his nose turned red as well, making him look like he had a clown-like nose. His eyes turning a piercing yellow color as his forehead grew a bit in size, his appearance fully warping into Pennywise’s as his voice followed suit.

Despite the clown possessing him, he was still himself and hadn’t lost himself mentally, he was still himself but he had Pennywise’s appearance and abilities, which he found to be oddly fascinating.

Jack continued to search the sewers for the rest of his missing friends and he decided to save them once he had found them, of course had to find a way to figure out how to explain to his sister he had turned into the infamous clown he always thought he knew was real.  But that wouldn’t have been too much of a problem for him.
