Normal: John Spartan (Demolition Man)Fire: Akivasha (Kull The Conqueror). She is a demon queen with fire powers so it fits.
Water: Uxia (Dagon). Dagon is of course part of HP Lovecraft lore and Lovecraft lore has a number of aquatic creatures, mainly Cthulhu, Dagon and the Deep Ones.
Electric: Lo Pan (Big Trouble In Little China). I could have easily gone with Palpatine or one of the three storms but Lo Pan is more fitting considering he can shoot lightning out of his fingers among other powers that he has.
Grass: Poison Ivy (DC)
Ice: Ava Lord (Sin City: A Dame To Kill For)
Fighting: Xena (Xenaverse)
Poison: Shuna Sassy (Nightbreed)
Ground: Sandworm (Dune). Because Galarian Slowpoke is basically a nod to the Frank Herbert novel 'Dune' and in particular the spice Melange, it makes sense to have a Sandworm be a ground type.
Flying: Demona (Gargoyles)
Psychic: Ray Stantz (Ghostbusters). It would be in character for Ray to be a psychic type given Dan Aykroyd's own fascination with other dimensions, UFOs and clairvoyance and also ghosts.
