This meme lists my personal favorite doll/animatronic/toy characters in media, most of them being alive or possessed in many ways and or used as part of the demonic doll trope.   My honorable mentions would have to go to the dummy Billy from Dead Silence, the Jigsaw Puppet, Mr Hat from South Park, Steevil (from the Steevil episode of Family Matters) and Scarface (the Ventriloquist's puppet) from the DC Universe.

1. Charles Lee Ray/Chucky. "Hi i'm Chucky, wanna play?" I'm pretty sure everyone here knows of how infamous Chucky is, so there is no need for me to go into great detail about him as pretty much his movie franchise says that is all needed to be said. Trust me, you don't want to play with ol Chucky - no sir, you don't.
2. Slappy. Of course I had to put Slappy on here, because like many others including , I grew up with Goosebumps and have found memories of the books and tv show. With the upcoming movie starring Jack Black that will be coming out in October, it is only appropriate that Slappy himself gets the number 2 spot.   After all, he's everyone's favorite Goosebumps villain/monster, and definitely one of the most iconic Goosebumps characters ever - he's even going to be the main villain in the upcoming movie.   Don't call this guy a 'dummy' or you'll regret it.
3. He Who Kills/Zuni Fetish Doll. Before Chucky and Slappy there was this guy. Say hello to Zuni/He Who Kills, he is a monstrous Zuni warrior doll with really sharp teeth and is inhumanly fast. Not just that, but he's one incredibly persistent little hellraiser who just keep going and going, once you remove that gold chain from around his neck - you're in for a bumpy ride alright, so better start running for your life.
4. Fats. Meet Fats, he's the original Demonic Dummy. Before R.L Stine introduced us to Slappy, there was this guy - Fats, Fats is a dummy you don't want to get in the way of,   because he can be extremely possessive and is the jealous type, not to mention he has one hell of a bad attitude.
5. Mr Punch. Mr Punch from the film Dolls isn't evil, he and the other dolls just want to make sure their beloved elderly owners are kept safe from nasty people who might try to destroy the collection these guys belong to, and to protect those who are young at heart - but if you do break them - in particular Mr Punch, you might find yourself becoming part of the collection.
6. Talky Tina.   You could say that Tina here was probably the inspiration for all these other dolls/toys as well, including Slappy, because well - she's the original evil doll.   Her name is Talky Tina...and she doesn't like you.
7. Gorgonites and Commando Elite (Small Soldiers) - For those not in the know,   Small Soldiers was directed by Joe Dante who also directed The Howling and Gremlins, so think of it as a darker version of Toy Story only crossed with Gremlins.   I have very fond memories of watching the movie and wanting one of the Gorgonite figures. These guys are beyond impressive in every single way, I love how unique the Gorgonites are in their designs.
8. The 'Andy's Room' Gang (Toy Story Franchise).   Because who doesn't love Toy Story, am I right? Of course I have to give mentions to Stinky Pete from Toy Story 2,   the Mutant Toys from the first movie,   The 'Sunnyside Daycare Gang' from Toy Story 3, and everyone's favorite Bad Bear with a troubled past Lotso, as well as Buzz's number one enemy The Evil Emperor Zurg who is the Darth Vader to Buzz's Luke Skywalker (even going so far as using the 'Vader being Luke's father' twist as one of many Star Wars references in the battle scene) - kind of makes sense really because George Lucas kind of help fund Pixar to begin with (Mainly because of Howard the Duck though, i'm serious - if it wasn't for Howard The Duck...Pixar wouldn't have even been born).    No matter who your favorite toy is, you're sure to find a friend in the colorful world of the Toy Story toybox.
9. Evil Krusty Doll. Remember Talky Tina from earlier? Well this is the comedy version of that doll - only this time - it's Springfield style! You all remember the Simpsons Treehouse Of Horror segment with this little fellow, don't you? Of course you do, everyone remembers the Evil Krusty doll. But luckily he can be turned good easily.
10. Tiffany. You can't have Chucky without his bride!
11. Freddy Fazbear and Friends (FNAF).   Here we go, we're bringing out the big guns - that's right, we're talking about the Five Nights At Freddy's gang! If the movie Super Size Me didn't put you off fast food, then the FNAF franchise surely will. I feel real sorry for the poor schmuck who gets hired to be the security guard.
12. Blade (Puppetmaster) - Not to be confused with the vampire who is also named Blade, this is one of many insane evil puppets in the infamous Puppetmaster series of horror films. And he's infamous for a good reason.
