Swallowed in my thoughts is a reflection of the time l was going through a tough time with no hope l wd stand and only see endless stretch of despair and helplessness. Surrounded by reality al cd see was darkness yet my reflection was bright but l cdnt see it. It only makes sense now that my state of mind was my prison, l was surrounded by beauty and all l needed was to step out
