anyways i figured he needed a new ref : )

Species: Water Drake (a species of dragons with no wings- other variants of these are the Mountain Drake, Forest Drake, and Dune Drake)

Abilities/Disabilities: Water affinity (can "control" water- to the extent it can be controlled. It's more like asking the water to do stuff), markings around eyes glow whenever he experiences an intense emotion.

Personality
Overview: Ocean is sweet and shy. He is socially anxious and would rather have a night in with his hubby Lakota than go out to the town and spend a lot of time around a lot of people. He is generous and caring, but he sometimes gives too much without getting anything.

History

Dragonethood: Ocean grew up with a generally caring family, but they were really passionate about him learning to use his powers to fight. He hated this, and when he was about five he got really mad at them for being so pushy about it. He dove into the sea, vowing to never return, and he hasn't seen his parents since.

Teenager: Ocean mostly lived on the shore of the main content when he was a teen, as opposed to on a small island as his family did. He spent a lot of his time swimming and lived off of the fish in the ocean next to which he lived. It was lonely, and he didn't meet very many new dragons. This may be partial to why he is so anxious around other dragons he doesn't know well.

Adult: Ocean met Lakota when he decided to venture into town one day. He had 0 money and no way to get anything because he was a young adult who lived off of his own hunting, but he wanted to see what it was like. He accidentally wandered into a tavern of sorts and accidentally made a couple of enemies whilst inside by insulting how much they drank. There were four or five wiry Mountain Drakes and, being the unsocialised, socially inept dragon he was, walked out and got jumped by them. At the last minute, Lakota jumped to his rescue and kicked all of their asses because he is a GIANT Mountain Drake. Ocean was grateful and quite shaken, but Lakota knew some stuff about healing. So they both went back to Ocean's cave and the rest is history.

Little notes on him:
- Water Drakes are all about fins. The bigger the fins, the more attractive you are. Because of those standards, Ocean is considered to be attractive to many females. Add on that he had both a water affinity AND the glow spots around his eyes, he's a triple threat. A fine specimen indeed. This is another reason why he left his home, at such a young age that much attention was really overwhelming and Ocean never knew for sure how he felt about girls
- To add insult to injury, many parents would try to line up arranged marriages with him and their daughters. His parents always declined, of course, but he didn't want anything more to do with it.
- Lakota thinks Ocean is certainly a fine specimen indeed
- Ocean's husband is quick to compliment him when he wears any jewelry or dress up at all, he loves nourishing his hubby with lots of love
- His legs are very long
