Smokey is just a cat who is made out of a grey gas the blue is to simply outline and their eyes are the same blue. they hop around worlds so from now on ill put smokey in most of my artwork in the background! they arent hurting anyone they are just there watching. they know they arent real they are basically just an entity there who knows the 4th wall. i love them tho they are easy to draw so yea <3
