Ready spaghetti yetti!!

Adopt number: 3
Name: Poet Laureate
Age: 12
Height: 17'1 hh
Breed: Morab X Otherworldly
Ridden/wild: Currently trained in 5th level dressage
Personality: Once dark and withdrawn, Silent Stride has worked patiently with this stallion to increase his confidence and personality, evolving him into a good-natured competitor. Loren also gets along extremely well with the dogs and other animals running loose about the stables.
History/story: The moment Ashlyn Fierch's eyes met the glowing, pupiless orbs of number 003 from Windrinker Clearwater Stables, she knew he was the one she would be going all out on. Ignoring the wolf-whistles and catcalls the bombarded her as she made her way to the auction ring, she glanced one last time over her shoulder at the stallion as he circled his stall again and again in panic, his nostrils flared and snorting as if to seem already taller than he already was. She had to have him. Kieren would love him, she didn't have to see him move to tell that he would stun any crowd that saw him. Holding her breath in silent prayer, she picked a seat close to the front and waited for the first horses to be called in.
As they trotted horse after horse inside, Ashlyn waited anxiously as 003 entered, picking up the trot even before the handler could run himself, and parading around the ring, putting several, more spooked and skittish horses to shame with his flowing gait. He was poetry in motion, beautiful like the night, and yet unique on his own without being overly complicated. As they called the first bid, Ashyln's hand went up, refusing to come down even as the bids escalated.
What you will be using the horse for: Competing definately, SSS is a growing estate and needs more serious dressage horses like Loren to help bring up its reputation. Open breeding to selective mares, and rp of course

Ready spaghetti yetti

Re-applying with a finished picture!

Adopt number: 1
Name: Circe de Solie
Age: 5
Height: 15.3hh
Breed: Crabbet/Polish Arabian/Otherworldly
Ridden/wild: ridden
Personality: aloof and doesn't really like to be bothered, but when the camera is on him or people have come to the ranch to see him he shows off brilliantly. kind to mares but extremely violent to stallions, take extra precautions to ensure he STAYS in his stall or you WILL lose one stallion.
History/story: Rafica opened up her e-mails, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. Most were boring spam and chain letters, but one from WindDrinker ClearWater Stables caught her eye. "Sale-otherworldlys, harlequines, etc." Rafica couldn't believe what she was seeing, that stable rarely had a sale, and when they did, it was damn good. She hastily threw on a t-shirt, jeans, boots and ran out the door as she threw her hair in a ponytail. She'd never drove faster.
The sale, as expected, was busy. People crowded around every stall, some just there to oggle, most there to thoroughly inspect these horses for possible breeding stock. The first stall had been newly equipped with a makeshift paddock out front, outside the barn, so Rafica slunk out that way to take a look.
The stallion's groom was quickly finishing up grooming him down, going over his legs with a soft brush to remove the last of the dust. The stallion himself looked annoyed by this attention, but was obviously kind enough to not have to wear any halter and shank. He was the first to spot Rafica, and he threw up his finely dished head and whinnied. The groom looked up and collected his supplies to get out of the way as the stallion set to prancing, hooves plucked up high and graceful, neck arched, tail waving high. Rafica smiled at the stallion's antics, chuckling has he did some strange cat-walk/crouching move, picking himself back up with a tremendous jump. She turned to the groom.
"What breed is he? Is he papered?"
"on his sire's side he's Polish Arabian and Otherworldly, with the stallion Gokart on his sire's sire's side. on his sire's dam side he traces back to Mr Mac, the Real McCoy son. on his dam's side his Crabbet Arabian, being a grandson of El Karief, a Real McCoy son. so he's supposed to be that big, since-"
"since the Real McCoy himself was 16 hands high. daaang this guy's gorgeous."
"there've been a few people looking at him, if you want him i'd go check up at the office right quick at take care of it now."
Rafica was already jogging up the drive.
What you will be using the horse for: breeding, definately breeding. Go Kart was a great racing Arabian in Poland and The Real McCoy was really that big, so his bloodlines are superb. we may check and see if he has a knack for running, if not then he'll be trained for park, dressage, and halter. we'd like to cross him to any future Salahudihn foals to preserve the bigger-Arab bloodline, our goal being to show the versatility of the Arabian by competing with Warmbloods with large, sound, "perfect", Arabians.

ready spaghetti yetti

Picture: [link]

Adoptable number: 5
Name: Canicus (Gaelic for 'born of fire'
Gender: stallion
Breed: elemental
Age: unknown, he's fully matured but we have no idea if he's 6 years old or 600 years old
Height: 15.1
Color: fire hued appaloosa
Discipline: he's too wild right now to do anything with
Passible Traits: Canicus seems to be tied to the element fire, but cannot control it, he sets things on fire when angry or frightened, his foals we believe will inherit some ability to control or call upon fire, though it might come out in some other way as well. foals tend to be warm colors (red, orange, yellow) and often have appaloosa spotting
History: When a rash of forest fires started breaking out in the next county, Dancing Dragon Stables started taking in horses from stables in the area to keep until things had calmed back down. We were at one of the stables picking four horses up when...
"Catch 'im! Quick! Go around behind that building and try to scare him back this way!" Kasey and the man who owned the horses both looked up, their mouths and noses covered with cloth masks to help prevent smoke inhalation. "Wait here." The young woman said, wandering over to the barn and nearly getting knocked over by a large man in a similar mask. "Watch it lady!" He barked before running down the side of the barn, waiting near the corner. Kasey watched, not sure what was going on, when a horse suddenly burst out from around the side of the building, letting out a scream of fear and fury, his pelt a rainbow of fiery colors, rearing and flashing his teeth when the man jumped at him and waved his arms, shouting. But the stallion didn't turn and run, instead striking at the man with red hooves, screaming again, hitting the man in the shoulder and jumping over him as he fell back, taking off down along the fenced in pasture. "After him!" she heard some men yell, seeing a group of them take off after the stallion, but they didn't have a chance in hell of catching up to him on foot. Kasey went over to the man who had gotten kicked. "Are you ok?" She asked, receiving a nod. "What's going on?" She asked. "That's the devil that's been causing the forest fires." The man grumbled. Kasey looked confused. "A horse has been causing fires?" She sounded skeptical. "Don't believe me if you don't want, but I saw it with my own eyes. Damn thing gets scared or mad and things start catching fire. We've been trying to catch him for two days, he's gotta tire eventually." He said before getting up and walking in the direction the other men had gone. Kasey frowned and watched him go, finishing up loading up the horses and driving back to Dancing Dragon Stables. But she couldn't stop thinking about the horse that was supposedly starting fires and the next day grabbed her truck and trailer and headed back out, being allowed through the road block since she'd already been through several times. She didn't know where to start, but it didn't take long, driving slowly with her windows rolled down, before she heard the shouting of some men, knowing it was the group from before. She stopped and got out of the truck, looking around and seeing movement out of the corner of her eyes, turning to see the stallion burst from a nearby grove and running through a field, right towards her. Thankfully Kasey had come prepared, reaching through her open window and grabbing her tranquilizer gun. She dealt with temperamental horses on a daily basis and sometimes tranquilizing them was just the best way to go. She raised the gun and took aim, getting the horse in her sights and waiting for the right moment. It was heading for another grove, the men chasing after him, who were now on horseback, and didn't even notice her. He was slick with sweat and she could hear his labored breath from nearly sixty feet away. His steps were faltered, lagging, if they kept this up much longer he'd die. Finally he got close enough and Kasey took aim, and pulled the trigger, seeing the dart with its bright red plume sink into the stallion's neck. It reared and screamed, shaking his head furiously before taking off again, but didn't get very far before he suddenly crashed into the ground, struggling for a moment before laying still. Kasey ran over, reaching the horse and seeing it was still awake, staring at it for a moment and having the stallion stare right back, the woman letting out a yelp as her sleeve caught on fire, beating it with her hand to put it out, looking back to the stallion to see it had passed out. She looked up as the men drew near. "Did ya kill 'im?" One asked, their horses looked exhausted. Stupid men. "No. He's just tranquilized." She said. "I'm taking him with me." She said, shouldering the gun and looking at the men, who didn't seem to understand. "I have my trailer over there, I'll give you each $100 if you help me load him up." She told them. The men considered her offer for a moment before agreeing, Kasey going to her truck and driving closer, opening the trailer and helping the five men roll and push and pull until they had the stallion laying on the trailer's floor. She should have brought some one with her to ride with him, but she hadn't thought about it and she wasn't taking any of these men with her. She paid the men and thanked them before getting in her truck and driving home, no idea what she was going to do with a horse that could set things on fire.
Personality: Canicus is as wild as they come, but unlike many wild horses, his fight instinct seems to be stronger than his flight instinct, though he does tend to be a bit skittish. He doesn't seem to like people much from his bad experiences with them, but he's learning that we're not all out to hurt him. He's curious about the other horses but seems nervous about meeting one, which leads us to believe that if he ever had a herd, it's been a long time since he lived among other horses and might have been driven from his home herd by another stallion or some event. He's very intelligent, we've had to put locks on the gates to his paddock because he figured out to open them and he doesn't allow all humans near him. He seems very selective, making it obvious when he doesn't like some one, we've yet to figure out his pattern. If he doesn't like some one they are instructed to stay away from them or he might set their clothing or hair on fire.
Other: can summon fire, but can't seem to control it very well

Ready spaghetti yetti!

Adopt number: 2
Name: Ecstasy
Age: 2
Height: 15.8 hh
Breed: Harlequine CL ( Arabian/ Andalusian build)
Ridden/wild: Ridden, good at jumping, and dressage
Personality: High spirited and unpredictable, Ecstasy does what she wants when she wants to, she can be nasty, she can be sween, naughty and nice. She dont need no stallion beside her either, most stallions drool and go 'GAGA' at the sight of her but she just dances away. She sure is a peice of ass with class, and she knows it. She has no problem flaunting in front of the studs just for the fun of it. She has a secret crush on Clopel because she too can be a clown.
History/story: She was bought from a circus who was treating her horribly, but her nature wouldnt let a little thing like stalls and whips get in her way.. She adores the spotlight but she never gets carried away
What you will be using the horse for: Now she is at Misery stables and will live a good life with plenty of shows and attention to fufill her need for the spotlight. Also she will be in HARPG (if i get accepted ) and will hopefully pass her sweet unique nature to her foals ^^

Pachama-Stables [2009-08-23 15:53:22 +0000 UTC]

Adopt number: 8
Name: Two Step
Age: 10
Height: 17.4hh
Breed: Friesian/Pantomquine
Ridden/wild: Ridden
Personality: he is very elegant and a bit of a snob. he doesn't like the wilder untrained horses.
History/story: he was born as the result of an accidental breeding. A wild Pantomquine Stallion bred with a high class Friesian mare. the owners had never heard of let alone seen a Pantomquine so they sold him immediately, he was bought by an abusing horse trainer. He did make him an amazing Dressage Horse but he also made him afraid of males *humans* there were no women where he was so he had no idea. a homeless animal shelter came to get the horses the minute they learned about the mans treatment of the horses. After many hours they got Two Step into the trailer. they almost completely rehabilitated him and now hes only skittish around men. Pachama Stables bought him and continue to rehabilitate him. DDD
What you will be using the horse for: HARPG and my main HARPG Stallion

Adopt number: 1
Name: Cirque du Soleil; pronounced Sirk-doo-soLAY (I spelled it like the Canadian circus, but if you want me to change it to your spelling I will)
Barn/Common Name: Soleil
Age: 11
Height: 17.2hh
Breed: Warmblood cross (Holsteiner/some amound of draft blood)
Ridden/wild: Ridden
Personality: Easygoing and stoic, Soleil is the hardworking "packer" at the barn's group of otherwize quirky horses. He just gets the job done. His downfall is a lazy streak, but he does enjoy excercise. Soleil just gets bored with trotting circles on a longeline while vaulters practice on his back- it's easy to liven him up by moving practice to the outdoor arena or even doing some trail work with him, he's not very spooky and makes an alright trail horse for anyone who doesn't mind straddling his very wide back.
History/story: Too longgggg to post here XD
What you will be using the horse for: If I can find a daggone vaulting show I plan to enter him ASAP. He might also register with ~Splitcat's Chequine bloodline thingy she's starting out. And of course HArpg stud. :3
Picture: [link]

Adopt number: 2
Name: Porcelain Doll
Barn/Common Name: Doll
Age: 5
Height: 15hh
Breed: Hackney
Ridden/wild: Ridden. Well technically driven.
Personality: Flighty and spazzy, Dolly acts out every typical young horse faux pas and more. She has boundless energy and goes out of her mind when put in a stall, weaving and box-walking in a trance. As soon as she's turned out, she takes off at a fast trot, knees snapping up and legs wheeling around at just about lightspeed. She can't jump worth a lick and has the most jostling bouncy gaits you can imagine... so she's not used for riding, but rather driving. She also works well in halter and liberty.
History/story: To longgg to post here
What you will be using the horse for: CL Harlequine- I'd like to get into breeding Harleys some. She also would make such a great roleplay charachter with that hair :3

Adopt number:5
Name:Braeburn
Age:5
Height:15.2
Breed:Arabian body build[Firey rainbow spot appaloosa]
Ridden/wild:Ridden
Personality:
Braeburn knows she's gorgeous, she's a flirty flaunt. She enjoyes teasing stallions of any age with her elegance and grace. She's a pleasure to ride, and is generally mellow and always adorned with a slash of shy. The contessa is a bit seductive, and active, due to her blood. Her colors are vibrant and eye catching, and is easily visible at night. Her gait and disposition is perfect, but she does have a little secretiveness to her. Also, Braeburn can be the utmost sweetest thing, and will not turn on any horse, and is often complimentary to anyone.
History/story:
As a young filly, Braeburn was named after the apple due to her fabulous spectrum of coloration. Since she was a filly she had always been watched and made fun of by other fillys, due to jealousy. The filly was hurt, but eventually had gotten over that sloping hill. When she became to the age of two years that's when it all started, where she became a famous mare for halter shows. She disliked the fame, and eventuially bolted out from the stables. She lived in the wild for a couple of years, helpful to her own freedome. Which she enjoyed. Otrovan, a stallion at Moonlit atrocity stables, had been lead out to the wild with a rope around his neck, to draw in any horses that would appeal to the taste of the owner, and when he spotted the fae, his heart flustered for a moment before trotting over, a rope around his neck.
The other end had another loop, which was used to put around the other horses' neck, and to lead them. The brute whinnied, pawing the ground gently. It caught the fae's attention, and she trotted over. He bowed and she gained trust to him. He slid the rope around her neck and then the two bolted, once approaching the stable the mare attempted to break loose, but Oto was too strong. The brute whinnied for me, and I exited the stables, looking at the glorious mare. I stroked otrovan for finding another beaut, and then I looked at the mare. I won't hurt you I murmured. The horse seemd tame to me- so I assumed she was. I stroked her and removed the rope, slipping a black halter around her. From that moment on the fae has lived here at moonlit atrocity.

Ready spaghetti yetti

Adopt number: 2
Name: Faustus
Age: 5 years
Gender: Stallion
Height: 14.1 hh
Breed: CL Harlequine, Arabian build
Ridden/wild: Slightly ridden, but mostly kept out to pasture due to the down-sizing of his new home, Razor's Edge Stables (currently under re-naming with the the stables' new manager and the retirement of its foundation stallion, as well as a change in the types of horses bred). Future training, primarily in dressage and halter, is planned.
Personality: He generally has a good nature - although he is claustrophobic, and thus has a hard time with being cooped up in a stall, and gets very nervous when placed on cross-ties, and when being bathed - and will stand still, as long as you hold him with a lead-rope. Faustus is also generally friendly to other horses, but will get vicious if any one of them comes close while he is interacting with the filly Cotillion.
History/story: Faustus, five years old and relatively young for a stallion, was born on an Arabian farm to two normal-looking Arabian horses. His sire was a halter champion, and his dam was used in minor showjumping and dressage; Faustus, too, was to be trained, had not the breeding farm that he had been bred at went bankrupt and all care of the horses and the property abandoned. The once-well-manicured farm soon became overgrown and weedy, and Faustus was left behind with a few other "undesirable" horses, while his sire and dam were both sold and shipped off to new homes elsewhere. Eventually, Faustus was picked up y the local animal services, but they did not have room for horses, so they sent out a plea for any foster-homes that might have suitable acreage and facilities for caring for horses. Christine Delamere, the owner and new manager of Razor's Edge Stables, having recently downsized the stable herd, was more than glad to do so, and eventually adopted the colt and named him Faustus. Since then, Faustus has grown quite attached to the filly Cotillion, now three, and the two can often times be seen socializing over the fence.
What you will be using the horse for: Minor HARPG (maybe one or two breedings tops) and a personal riding horse.

A quick (maybe dumb lol) question on number 5:

"Firey rainbow spot appaloosa, Braeburn."

Is Braeburn the name? :3 I'm working on my entry attempt, but was curious!

I added that as I had originaly called her fireapple but that names already taken..so it made me think of apples..my fav apples are Braeburn. I just thought id put that next to her colouration...Braeburn.

Oo, I fell in love with the first one! Let's see if I get an application done in time... still few weeks left tho.

May I ask what does his name mean in English? I tried to check on my dictionaries but couldn't find proper translation... or does it mean anything at all. It is beautiful name anyway. ^^

'Ready spaghetti yetti'. Lol.

Adopt number: 1
Name: RWS Circe de Solie
Age: 4 years
Height: 16.3hh
Breed: Furioso
Ridden/wild: Ridden
Personality: He's a handsome stud and he certainly knows it. He can be a a little vain sometimes, loving to spend a lot of time being groomed, but he's got a big heart. He's one of those horses who will always test the boundaries, but once you make them quite clear, he's more than happy to work with you. He loves consistency, hates being ridden by more than one person and will never let you down in a pinch.
History/story: None yet. Coming as soon as my brain works.
What you will be using the horse for: Primarily showing, preferably dressage and equitation, maybe a little hunter/jumper for fun, and a bit of breeding, perhaps.
