We are doing something more complicated. We are drawing a building with people around them. I was scared of doing this exercise, but the skills that I picked up are helping me out.

Drawing buildings can be a hard task for someone who just draws cube and boxes. However, it just requires to add a few details to improve. Regarding the people, you can use landmarks like a door to draw them. However, when it comes to people at an angle, you need to use the perpsective exercises to draw them.
An example is the person on the side of the building and the person at the side of the door. By drawing an imaginary line, you can get a reference of how tall they are to each other.
This is also seen down below. I drew a horizon with a person close to it. Then I used perspective lines to figure out where should I draw the next people. Those closer to him are small or large depending on how close or far they are from the horizon line. Overall, this was a cool experiment.
