Description
This is blizzard. He is part of the Scarred Emerald prophecy. His egg was stolen by scavengers and he hatched in captivity. He learned quickly that he could overpower them, but he waited. They fed him so he was fine until he learned to fly. That’s when he killed them and escaped. He is an outcast to the ice kingdom because of his frost scales, or ice scales. He was either dead or an outcast. Everything he touched freezes. He can kill dragons with a single touch. He hates his ability. He was forced into the Scarred Emeralds because they threatened him with death.
