physically alone with love in my mind
soft splatters of peaceful ripples
like my thoughts
sidewalk-concrete street puddles.  splashing with silent disturbances.
Walk past the quiet stores.  Wavy dim lights of warmth and
Indian patterned and tie-dyed curtain cloths pulled partially.
Beads and books and musty clothes.  Organic fruits and
fresh vegetables, cafe coffees.
Little Edens with bobbing faded flower faces and
wooden painted ornaments moving
over window gardens.  Red light-up Safeway sign glowing mistily.
