Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao!
Luzon is the female Phili (Maria Christina Del Rosario) She is the most Economic of her brothers and the richest. Living in a rich life style, she is more aloof compared to her brothers but she is also the fastest. She is only referred to as Luzon by her brothers but is called Philippines by everyone else
Visayas, Middle, is the eldest of the Philippines regions (Crisostomo Del Rosario). Even though he is smaller than all the male countries in the world, he is swift and cunning. Since he lives around water, he is an expert at fishing and is seen in a staw hat and has a fishing pole. He is the most rational and strongest out of his siblings. He is very protective of both his siblings and isn't exactly a fan of the men Phili likes. Called Visayas to avoid confusion
Mindanao, bottom, is the youngest (Emilio Juan Del Rosario). He grew up as a farmer. He is very childish and loves to walk around and play in the mountains with the animals. Since he is constantly in the mountains, he carries a dagger around with him. He is very sneaky but at the same time, he is a complete airhead. Mindanao, unlike his older siblings, he doesn't exactly understand Tagalog or Bisayan and is mainly fluent in Spanish and Cebuano. Though he is catholic like his siblings, he does know a bit out the Muslim religion
FACTS IN REAL LIFE TO THESE CHARACTERS:
-Luzon:
--Most economic of the main islands
--Richest
--Tagalog is the common language
-Visayas:
--Mainly islands
--Good with Fish
--Bisayan is the common language
-Mindanao:
--There are people in Mindanao who still speak Spanish
--It is Mountainous
--There is a signifigant Muslim presence
--Cebuano and Spanish are more common languages

Wouldn't Mindanao be more... rebellious? Living in the Philippines, my family wasn't allowed to go there because of all the fighting, but my dad - being a military guy - went there several times. Ug, don't mind me; I think I know what I'm talking about but most of the time I don't.
Sorry about sounding so mean! I actually really like how you divided the Philippines into three characters; it's well thought out and the characters themselves are really awesome! You do seem to know what you're talking about here, and I only lived there for two years and a half. My dad grew up there, so maybe I should talk to him before I go spluttering my dark cloud on everybody's parades. OTL Good job, though!

Well, I am not so sure since I had only lived in Luzon for half of my life, I have nor has anyone in my set foot in Visayas or Mindanao. I could only imagine as a very childish and stubborn boy compared to the other countries with somewhat of a wild streak to him more than rebellious. So I wouldn't really know. I only do things based on my research.
But anyway, thank you. I always see pictures of Philippines divided by countries rather than it's main islands. I did things based on research and since I had a lot, there are possibilities I have gotten most of them wrong or mixed up with the other two

Hm, they're not exactly regions. They're more like the three main islands of the Philippines. Further more, Mindanao isn't really under Spain so, Del Rosario wouldn't fit as a surname. Oh well, ignore me. Just a troll's opinion.

Either way it's how I see it and my teachers in the Philippines described them to me as regions rather than referred to them as the main islands. I am not a genius on my own country so I will make a lot of mistakes. As to Mindanao, I may have gotten some info on his as well as the others so I will admit my own fault but I am sure that the are some Spanish speaking places within Mindanao. And the last name is many used for the idea that he would be siblings with Luzon and Visayas also because it is a common surname in the Philippines. But I do appreciate the fact you could tell me what I got wrong. I understand completely especially since I will openly admit that I don't know everything about this country. And with that I will say thanks
