Description
These are the celestial variants a Kyrien can have! They are unchangeable and assigned to a Kyrien before their birth (in the form of their Moon Pearl)
Celestial variants are categorized in ranking order of power a Kyrien with said variant has, and the rarity of each variation. The higher the rank, the more powerful and rare the variation is. Here is more insight on the variants:
(please note that some of these details are subject to change as the game is in development)
TIER ONE
Common Variation:
No extra passive gains, however individual subspecies always come with their own boosts:
Sky Kyriens: +5 AP
Land Kyriens: +5 SP
Sea Kyriens: +5 STP
Hybrid and Tribrid Kyriens gain the stat boosts of all subspecies they are apart of.
TIER TWO
Gravitational Variation:
+5 MP, +5 HP
Design fact:
All Gravitational Kyriens must have at least one major split in their body, and some floating object to accompany them.
They have their own force of gravity that allows their body parts to float apart but still work together
Geo-Growth Variation
+ 5 MP, +5 DP
Design fact:
All Geo-Growth Kyriens must have one major limb entirely crystallized, and crystals in 2 other places.
A Geo-growth Kyrien's crystals are lightweight as to not add weight to the Kyrien, and hurt when they are chipped or cracked
TIER THREE
Elemental
+10 MP, Automatic control over their own elemental magic path
Design fact:
All Elemental Kyriens must have their element come out of at least the Kyrien's shoulders.
Elemental Kyriens have lose control of their element, which takes practice to master, and are not able to separate any part of the element entirely from their body
Spiral
+10 MP, +5 AP, Auto-Tame any companion
Design fact:
All Spiral Kyriens must have 2 sets of ears with "ear ribbons" and large tufts of fur on their front legs
Spiral Kyriens do have somewhat of an advanced hearing from normal Kyriens, although it is just slightly better
Imperial
+10 MP, +10 SP, automatic novice of any ___ magic path
Design fact:
All Imperial Kyriens must have longer bodies and small front whiskers near the nose
Imperial Kyriens are told to have been related to an ancient draconian species, although this is seen as just a myth as of late
TIER FOUR
Mythical
+20 MP, automatic master of any ___ magic path
Design fact:
All Mythical Kyriens must have multiple floating pearls and sweeping fur tufts on at least one pair of legs
Mythical Kyriens have been regarded as highly intelligent and regal throughout the ages, and some theorize that they do have greater learning capabilities
Divine
+30 MP, +5 all other stats, automatic master of any ____ path
Design fact:
All Divine Kyriens must have long furred lop ears, 3 eyes, two sets or horns, and auras located above the horns, on the chest, on a set of legs, and around the tail
Divine Kyriens went extinct over the Hundred Years War, feared for their postcognition and precognition. Many experts feared that Divine Kyriens would never make a return until the first Divine Kyrien of the most recent generation, Divinity, was born.
