Because this is a fan design, I want to state that I am not trying to "fix" the official design. It makes up the old show's creepily simplistic charm. I'm just showcasing what it would look like if I was to design the two main characters from Making Fiends.

Anyway, so because I'm unsatisfied with everything ever that I do after a few days, I thought, "Hey, what if I slightly redid the old making fiends designs I did"? So that's what I did, taking a bit more of an anime inspiration, because that's what happens when most of the human characters I look at are from anime.

For this design specifically, I don't really know what I was doing for the sweater, I just kind of thought it looked neat. The skirt being a bit tattered I did think would be fitting, given the whole "evil, messy" motif. I actually did decide to give these designs human skin colors (I made Vendetta's pretty pale), but I made the hair true to the original design. Speaking of hair, eye hairpins! I'm particularly proud of that. And, God, did that pose of holding the spoon take forever.
