If it has become too obvious, I have low self-esteem. I'm not gonna lie, I'm fat. Not horribly obese, I'm perfectly healthy (my doctor's checked) but for the most part I'd have to say I'm so-so on the happiness scale
. But I see all these beautiful women on TV, inmagazines, and in books that it just makes me feel so self conscious. Not to mention my older successful sister is soo beautiful and well I'm not
.Both my nieces and my family say, I'm beautiful but I just don't see it. I can't count the number of times I look in the mirror and try so hard to see the beautiful person they see. The beautiful woman I want to be. I used two base that were from my good friend ~TokyoLynn , I did make the one base in the mirror a bit bigger to fit. I hope it doesn't break your rules,~TokyoLynn

. Yeah I know the outfit & make-up look odd, but cut me some slack. I've never used make-up at all before except for Halloween make-up. If you like please comment.Note: I've decided to leave it as it is, so far most people like the mirror effect.

this is very good, both the real girl and reflection look great. I like the shading, I can tell where the light source is coming from ^_^ and I like the way the colors are pale in the the reflection

its hard, some people are surounded by friends as skinny as sticks, a community that makes it hard to go on, i have those days, and it's at the time when the girls at my school are most snotty (12-16) but relize everyone is beutiful and sometimes as much as i want to throw a stone at the mirror because of my average weight that isnt average where girls starve themselves to look good but your beutiful, accept it and move on

well idk if this helps or not, but i think no matter what, that all women are beautiful rare works of art each with their own natural beauty about them. Im sorry if society made you feel this way but really all women (yourself included) should be admired like the queens they are.

I know the feeling, hon! I actually started something new. I put a bunch of sticky notes on my mirror that say what parts of me I really like. For example "You have pretty eyes". Looking at those comments every morning as I get ready really help me feel good about myself throughout the rest of the day.

I accepted myself the way I am, which was kind of hard since my cousins are like those girls from the magazines, and I'm happy. ^^

Β¨When talking about being beautiful one need to accept what one have, and don't think if one look like the others you will be a beauty. That if you would be more happier, if you were "thinner, your hair was blond, you had a face like that one and so on. But the future is something that do not exist. Its merelyaa illusion the truth. Its the present. Its the present that decides what happens rigth now. The body will always be with you as long as you live here in this material world. It reflect how you think and fell of yourself. You can accept it, both for all it is. And decide that its okay as this. Or you can refuse it, and give yourself sorrow, crying for you what you do not have. "the ideal beauty" change its apperance through time.

YAY someone out there has the same low self esteme like me, all my friends say i;m beautiful but i find it imposible to see myself in that way....
