Her hair looks so real that it tripped me out, but when I looked closer at her face I went "hmmm...." this is too smooth to be without photoshop and then I saw her gigantic jugs and was like OH she's not even real! You did a very good job. If you had added some texture like skin pores or something you really could have fooled me! Great job

I think you should also show the before image so we can see the difference.
It's hard to find flaws in your work so we can't tell if the image is real or morphed.
