For those that dont know Team fortress 2. please go to this site and watch the videos ^___^ ( Morgan is the heavy here ) [link]anyway, this is the first pic i have done for a while, anyway, i hope you guys like it, and i hope you all comment.
Oh, i am not usually one to say what i dont like about my art... but.... i really dont like the snipers pose

You say you don't like the sniper's pose, but most of the poses seem awkward. People should lean forward and bend their knees more. Especially the Rabbit. Think of it this way:
Guns have a high recoil. In order to avoid being thrown back by the gun's recoil (especially such a huge and powerful gun) the solution is to widen the stance and have a lower center of gravity.
The legs on the rabbit are also positioned awkwardly. try making the knees more established and defined. At the moment the legs just look like poles made out of wood.
On the topic of extremities, try using your own hands as models for the hands on the character. At the moment the thumbs are way out of place.
Other than that, the colors are very nice. Just try looking more into dynamic poses, and you'll be better in no time.

want to offer I some idea chief. I been crited alot as I was doing my fine art course. Kinds begs for it really some ideas from different artists can be errrrm simply put way out there (not to happy with that phase but what the hell) if ya like I can point stuff out give me a bell or tell me to shut up. Either one is good

you have good grasp of lighting only thing I can add is the form it takes were morgan is shooting it requires a storng lined light source from the muzzle flashes of his errrrm gun (nearly made mistake by saying big gun there OH DAM!)a sharper light so to say is needed the sun been main lighting source is fine with soft lighting you have in place. hope that helps. Crits not my thing much easier for me to get them

Well, I really like the coloring, and the gunshots are liek. awesome.
I giggled when I first saw this but I don't really know what TF2 is (sorry. xD )
To be honest there's nothing bad I see. If anything, the background should have a bit more detail put into it.
