Wanted to give my Ed Edd n Eddy OC a new redesign sense I didn't like the other redesign and thought that her old design looked a little too much like Vicky (Fairly Oddparents). So here she is! This is Katie, Kevin's younger twin sister. Unlike her brother, she's a ton friendlier towards the Eds and just about everyone in the Cul-De-Sac (Except for Sarah). The twins both have a complicated relationship. One minute they're friends and the next minute, they start to bicker.
