I bought new coloured pencils and was experimenting with their ability to blend. They were too hard, causing the paper to dent and warp. It took a lot of of light-handed overlapping to fill the tooth of the paper. I wouldn't recommend them. (Staples/Staedtler Coloured Pencils).
