Wow, people are really getting technical about this. I personally thought that the original Kong didn't have a chance, being only about 25ft tall while Goji is about 150ft tall (Over 300 if you go by english dub). But in this case Toho, the cheese-genius it is, evened out the score by givin Kong a fruit that makes him as large as Godzilla with continued consumption. They also gave Kong a lightening ability to compete with Goji's atomic breath, making both monsters at equal terms, since Organizer G-1 wasn't introduced yet. The movie itself was open-ended, and let the viewers figure out who one. I'd like to think that there's a statue of Kong swinging around Goji's mangled corpse, and a statue of the two monsters in a cross-counter-like demise somewhere, just to even everything out. Still, props for the work.

The form and overall composition is off the hook.
This is one of the reason why I prefer hand-sculpting
to the computer-render.
Yes, the software can make it shiny and polished.
But a pair of hands, a couple of hunks of sculpy and paint-
That's the real 3-D magic.

I love this. Such a chunky and brutish take on Godzilla is refreshing, especially when the current fan trend is to make him lanky and more "scientifically accurate".
Spines could be bigger. But I love the rounded tip tail. Classy.

I refused to even watch that movie when I was a little kid, simply because it irked me that King Kong SHOULD only be about 20 feet tall........that's, like, Godzilla's ankle, if that.

That is oe of the best depictions of Godzilla I have ever seen. I like Zilla best as a monster rather than the kitch 70's character. Also, Godzilla would have out weighed Kong by about a few hundred tonnes.

realy, Godzilla actualy had an upper hand against Kong, and in most part, King Kong would have been killed in the first confrontation if this was done in modern day. (Toho tried to get to rights to remake King Kong vs Godzilla, but Universal got the rights back and wanted a rather rediculess amount of money to lone kong to TOHO, wich I don't blame them for taking) in all honestly Godzilla would have been able to snap kongs neck.

some of the creatures Godzilla faced was just redicules. but alot of them where awsome. like Destroyah, SpaceGodzilla, King Ghidorah. and most famous of all. MECHAGODZILLA!

thanks for the kid words and the movie info! I always had that in mind kong never had an upper hand against Big G!actually i'm working on another G vs KK piece less gore(well some) something them duking it out piece. it will be molded, so keep an eye out for updates!
