Awesome work here. I love the detail of the characters here and the perspective they are in. I also love the background, reminds me of those lovely concept art pieces I see for animated movies.

I love the perspective and your use of texture! The only thing that really needs work is the young person on the dragon, his anatomy seems squished. Well done!

Super sweet picture, the only suggestion I have is that wile the background looks good blurred (because it adds focus to the dragon and fighter) you shouldn't have made the dragon's tail blurry.
