The type of crotchety old man to unironically yell at kids to stay off his lawn. While typically not overtly nasty and aggressive, he makes no efforts to be nice to anyone either. Regularly alternates between weeks of never leaving the house and snapping at anyone who bothers him to weeks of constantly barging into his units to fix things and getting snippy with anyone that can't accommodate that.
