Description
This is an old cartoon I drew in 2010. Like most of the comics I produced at that time, it's sloppily drawn and lazily written, and its very existence causes me much embarrassment. But for some reason, this particular strip strikes me as almost funny in spite of itself; it also harks back to a simpler time in America, a time when body-slamming a reporter was considered an impediment to a career in politics.Related content

It's true, this wouldn't even make me bat an eye if our beloved president did it today.

I like your old style. Less refined, certainly looser, but it's fun. And yeah, it's almost quaint how the comedy in this comic is built upon a presupposition of restraint in the political sphere. Because ... yeah.

Haha, you're too hard on your old work. This is brilliant. I'm from Montana. I heard people at the gym defending Gianforte after the body slamming incident. These are strange times we live in.

I see your drawing style is a bit different, but it looks okay.
