I don't think it's them that hates Dust Man. I think Capcom went a little too far when writing the Robot Master Field Guide. So basically, as mentioned in the snippets from the Wiki, his eyes are bigger than his stomach, he's hexed by halitosis (don't ask, he has no mouth), he gets severe hayfever in areas with lots of flowers, not to mention the obvious cannibal bit.
