Commissioned by !A little human prisoner in Muffet's clutches; what is a cute spider-girl to do? Apparently use the little human as a footstool while her helpful spiders take care of her feet, filing her toenails and painting them too. They're sensitive little creatures, so as the title says, Hold Still!

Actually, no; she's a minor character from the RPG/Bullet Hell game Undertale, which you've likely noticed kind of exploded all over the internet a couple years back and is utterly determined to stick around for some reason. Specifically, she's the spider girl Muffet-.
Needless to say, she's a fan favorite.
