With a distraction at hand, Sundew took the opportunity to slip through the bars and make a rather haphazard run for the exit. His lack of food within the last several months had significantly shrunk his figure -- thankfully his winter coat buffed him a little to create the illusion that he was healthy and wouldn't need to be transferred to another cage or worse, chained up.

Thats when he felt the chill of the atmosphere and his battered paws finally met the snow. It was as if the seasons had never changed. The world looked exactly as he'd left it.

Sundew... has escaped BUT will he make it home in time before they notice his disappearance?
