I've had an idea for this character for awhile, took a lot of playing around to finally get the design right, but I'm happy with how he turned out!

Gale is a demigod mortal father, mother is a goddess of death/spirits. He takes more after his father who is a sea dragon. He controls storms in the sea, and has control over wind, water, fog, ice/snow, and lightning.

Fog seems to follow him , making him hard to spot. His glowing markings on his fins and fur are used in intimidation or a warning and are usually displayed before an attack.
