The Winner of it's poll, Burnt Puppet. While the toys where being transferred to a new location to be re-used for parts, the truck carrying them crashed and caught fire. the drivers where safe and fine but the cargo was completely missing and has yet to be found. Puppet is one of the survivors amongst the other Burnt Toys, they're known as the Fire Hazard animatronics now.
