The cuteness of Peahens and their chicks Honestly, most of the time you just say them foraging together but the chicks seem pretty independent aside from not straying too far. But with this family, it really looked like the mother was caring for her young.

Species: Indian or Blue Peafowl (Blauwe pauw)

Latin name: Pavo Cristatus

Orginates from India.

Current status: Least Concern
