Ah, calculus. The bane of my existence.

...I actually can't doodle in that class anymore because if I stop paying attention I'll be completely lost when I try to do the homework. The doodles in this case were added as I was in the process of giving up on my homework, because even though I was honestly paying attention math stopped making sense for me after advanced algebra. Derivatives? Psh. Ain't nobody got time fo' dat.

My OC Cain essentially has an eighth grade education and has been having Sev tutor him in math so he can be semi-competent by his eighteenth birthday. He's not bad at it, and he's to the point where he can at least semi-follow what I'm doing, but impractical stuff just annoys him.

This problem dealt with a cone-shaped water tank (do such things even exist?) that was leaking and you had to figure out the rate at which the water in the tank was decreasing. RELATED RATES MAN.

Argh. MATH.
