“We are not going to let him die! He’s bleeding a lot but I’ve dealt with wounds before.”

“There isn’t enough time to get me to a hospital. Just put some pressure on it and I’m sure I’ll be fine.”

“Janie, don’t give up we can take care of him. We can try to get him moved.”

“Charlie, why did you have to do something so bloody stupid. I could just have gone to Dream City and healed myself if I’d been…wait. Kevin! Kevin listen to me. I know how I can save him, or at least try. I’m taking him to Dream City.”

“Jank you can’t do that, according to your father’s journal you probably couldn’t come back. One knife means two rides, normally one ticket there and one back-“

“Or two tickets there. Kevin I have power there, time is slower, he doesn’t have a chance here. I need to bring the sword there anyway, we can’t risk someone getting their hands on it. If I don’t bring dad’s knife back then no one can go to the city and take the sword.”

“Kevin brother…and fair Rose, if I’m leaving you I’d at least like to wish you luck. It saddens me I can’t be your best man but you’ll just have to find a back up.”
