K so this is one of my first Oc's. Her name is Charlie, she's a weird species (name unofficial) that has it's limbs disconnected from its body, its head included. When she was born she was all white with bits of pink of the edges of her arms. At 2 months old she was left to a government experiment agency for money. (Her family was poor because they weren't paid as well as normal humans) They attached strange gem-looking objects that act as neural transmitters so that at any time she would become a violent, mindless killing machine. After a strange experiment went haywire and escaped (another OC) Charlie took the opportunity and ran away, smashing parts of her "gems" best she could. However, if she experiences too much emotional activity and intensity (extreme anger, sadness) she will become feral.

Yeah... Know I did a horrible job explaining this. I really want Solar Sands to review this. I need to workshop it.
