The jackal may follow the tiger, but, cub, when thy whiskers are grown,Remember the wolf is a hunterβgo forth and get food of thy own.
the Law for the Wolves by Rudyard Kipling.
a combination of mechanical pencils, caran dache soluble color pencils, wet and dry methods.
2 stock photographs were combined and used as reference.

That's some good skill you have there! I couldn't even tell it was colored pencil unless I looked closely- but quickly corrected myself when I read your comment. ^^ Awesome color scheme, and keep up the great work!

What an adorable fluff ball! I love the hints of purple you put in his fur. It really deepens the shadows nicely. The grass in the background is a little detracting probably because it's a similar tone to the wolf cub. The image might pop a little more if the grass were a shade lighter or darker to distance it from the pup. Overall, an excellent piece ^_^
