omg this is poop. My second time water-coloring, I messed up so much and learned so much. Mainly don't try and watercolor when your super tired at 12 am. Also I need to clean my scanner there is cat hair all over that picture. I'm going to re-color it in photoshop later not this week I need to study for finals, then I'll move it to scraps where this belongs. I got lazy and didn't want to draw her foot deal with it

Anyway this this Queen Azshara from the Warcraft books. I tried to capture her look and I think I did okay.

tl;dr: I suck at watercolor and scanning, its Azshara from the books.
