Nice job; I love the face and the appearance of his flesh. One thing that's nagging me though is that if he were dangling there, I'd assume the rope would show more strain on it and not appear as loose as it does as if there's no weight hanging from it.

Very interesting work. Makes me think about Silent hill and Marilyn Manson music videos. The focusing on those spider legs also has a nice touch. Simply great!
