yea but now there's a rumor that the game might come out this month, consider that October is too far away and Scott is releasing the game photos that fast. So even though the date is stated as 10.31.15, people starts to think that we might have read the date wrong, and it should be: 5//30/ (all the 1s are actually / )

Yeah... now you're just kinda over thinking it, a lot of people make stuff up, though I honestly will bet a future idea I had for a one shot on this rumor being false. Meaning if I'm wrong and the game comes out in the next 2 days, I'll expose the idea I had, not creating spoilers, but just something so it won't be as much of a surprise. Besides, why release a game a day before the end of the month? May has 31 days.

Lol, alright. But if you do think about it, it's the 4th game and will probably have a ton of features added, plus Scott has been working hard on the last three, he'll probably take a break at some point. Plus, it's probably to get the hype built up. That's probably why the date is so far away.
