HA!I watched 1.0 and 2.22 again last week and, as usual, was blown away by the awesomeness, so I finally decided to do a little something.

i'm very loving how you've broken the image down to the simple shapes. i have the hardest time doing that when working in color, but when working linearly it seems so much easier T_T

It's all part of the trick!
haha; really, some of it is just only a few brush strokes, but otherwise I just make sure that I'm working with a large brush and keeping it at almost 100% opacity so it doesn't get muddy and I don't get bogged down in too much fine detail or rendering.
